Our unique contribution is the mixing of whole grains. Many experts tell you how to prepare each grain separately. Each grain has unique health benefits. We mix the grains before preparing the foods. This way we eat every grain at every meal.

In our search to find whole grain foods, we read the labels and discovered that we could not buy them ready made. The food company starts with something very nutritious, but the processing depletes the nutrition and adds harmful chemicals. This is amazing considering that religious leaders and scientists agree that whole grains are the foundation of healthy eating. We each came to the conclusion that we need to make everything that has grains ourselves. We invite you to join us on the adventure of health and joy.
 Preparation of Grainmix:
- GRIND the grainmix into flour to make pancakes, waffles, cookies, cakes, bread, muffins, tortillas, crackers, pasta, and more.
- CRACK the grainmix into cereal to make hot cereal, and better-than-meat (a meat filler or substitute)
- SOAK the grainmix to make sprouts, smoothie, or tehini
- COOK WHOLE to make brown rice, barley soup, lentil soup, chicken soup, and more.
 Why Grainmix?
- Health:
Many Americans are experiencing more chronic health problems because of the processed food. The answer is not in developing more drugs. We need to change the way we eat.
- Weight:
The processed foods do not satisfy. Grainmix foods satisfy with smaller portions. We are told that losing weight is a simple equation of less calories in and more calories out. The problem is we are still hungry after eating too many empty calories. We are overfed and undernourished. We cannot use self control when the body is starving to death.
 Classes are $20.00 per class or 4 classes for $70.00
Sprouting Classes
Call when you are interested in classes. I will schedule classes when I can get at least 6 people. If you want to host a class, contact me. Your own tuition will be free. Class outlines are available with purchase.

When the grains, beans, and seeds are sprouted they multiply in vitamins,
minerals, and enzymes. Sprouts have high nutrition and low calories. Recent
