Learn to Sprout:
- grainmix includes wheat, rye, barley, and millet
- grainmix includes, amaranth, buckwheat, oats, and quinoa
- beanmix includes adzuki beans, mung beans, lentile, and green peas
- seedmix includes alfalfa, raddish, cabbage, clover, and broccoli
- flax
Planned Dishes: (Served with rolls)
- flax smoothie
- cabbage and carrots salad with beanmix
- tabbouli with grainmix
- spinach salad with saladmix
When the grains, beans, and seeds are sprouted they multiply in vitamins,
minerals, and enzymes. Sprouts have high nutrition and low calories. Recent
research indicates that we have a greater benefit from vitamins and minerals
in food are than from a pill.
After the last Cooking Whole Class on August 6, 2008, there will be a break in classes until September 2008. |
